Surfside

Mid-Beach

Just south of Surfside, from 23rd to 63rd Streets lies Mid-Beach. Arguably the most family-friendly of the Miami Beach neighborhoods, Mid-Beach is home to numerous high-end hotels, up-and-coming restaurants, a variety of shops and boutiques and beach activities just steps away. The Collins Waterfront Architectural District also lies in Mid-Beach, adding character and charm to the community. Homes in Mid-Beach range from single-family homes to condominiums with many reasonable priced waterfront options. Singles, couples and families alike will find that Surfside is a hidden gem in the heart of Miami Beach.

South Beach

Quintessential Miami, the South Beach section of Miami Beach is the place to be for anyone who wants to be in the center of it all. With a reputation for world-class dining, late night entertainment, shopping and cultural events like Art Basel, Miami Beach truly has it all. The residences in South Beach are mainly comprised of apartments and condos. The epicenter of Miami’s art deco movement, the buildings here are chic and elegant with a bit of flair. The majority of residents own In South Beach and the options for luxury living here are plentiful.

South of Fifth

The most luxurious of the Miami Beach neighborhoods, South of Fifth (or SoFi) lies on the southern tip of Miami Beach and is known for its elegant condos and striking new development. Condos here come complete with nearly every amenity you can dream of and is a great choice for those seeking the serenity of the beach coupled with a variety of dining, entertainment and nightlife options. A mix of owners and renters make up the SoFi neighborhood and its growth shows no signs of slowing making investing in SoFi properties an excellent option.
